| Few lights blend function, form, and art as well
as Cherry Tree Design's unique lighting products. Many lights
are built almost entirely without nails or screws, each tension
joint painstakingly cut and coaxed into position. Like all Cherry
Tree Design products, the maple, cherry, walnut, or oak hardwood
is hand picked and selected for the best possible color, then
oiled, hand-rubbed, and lacquered for long-lasting protection,
giving the wood a deep, soft patina. (Oak comes in a natural
finish as well as a variety of stains.) Each light comes with
a variety of shade material options including paper, fiberglass
reinforced paper, art glass, acrylic, and mica. |
